In this time of accelerated change, personal and global “weather conditions” are impossible to predict. Using the metaphor of flying, Pam Hale Trachta will give us an introduction to her tools for navigating and rising above old patterns and obstacles to soar to new heights of freedom and authentic power. You’ll hear teaching stories that will guide you as you take a “flight assessment” to help you identify your strengths and your current spiritual edge. You’ll see how Pam’s seven-step process and model, based on the chakras, can help you manage your own energy and fly—without having to leave the ground. And you’ll love Pam’s stunning aerial photographs that will complement our journey.
FLYING LESSONS FOR LIFE WORKSHOP
Saturday, May 5, 2012 10am-4pm (Lunch on your own)
$75 or 2 for $99
Tucson Osteopathic Medical Foundation, 3182 N. Swan, SW corner Camp Lowell & Swan in the Village Offices
Spend the day in sacred space with Pam and explore the seven Flying Lessons for Life. You’ll learn practices to bring more life force or “fuel” to seven challenges and to the corresponding chakra, archetype, color and gift in the Flying Lessons model. As you work on your energetic being and begin to defy the “gravity” of a current issue of your choice, you’ll gain insight into your own life through Pam’s coaching. Re-balance, gain the “view of the eagle” and soar!
Bring your current challenge and gain insight on:
- how to contact, deepen and relax into your “solid ground”
- how to measure your level of energy and re-fuel appropriately for you
- how to place the most powerful part of you in the pilot’s seat
- what to do when you are discouraged and tempted to give up
- how to deal with inner and outer critics
- how to bring all your inner powers into your journey
- the power of surrender and connecting with All That Is
